Política de envio
Our service (Floralbrostudio) does not deliver without missing information.
To carry out delivery we need contact information, namely:
- recipient's first and last name
- recipient's contact phone number
- correct delivery address
- delivery date and time period
If the recipient is not at the delivery address, we can deliver only after agreeing on payment for additional delivery by the customer. We can also transfer the order to another person agreed with the customer.
The customer can change the recipient's details no later than 2 hours before delivery is suppose to start.
